A re-stripe over existing lines typically runs $4 to $10 per stall in Connecticut. A new layout runs $12 to $30 per stall because of the measuring. Accessible stalls, stencils, curbs and fire lanes are priced as add-ons. Small lots have a minimum for the visit. Send us the address and a rough stall count for a real number.

Most small lots (under 50 stalls) are done in a few hours. A typical strip mall or church lot is one day. We minimize disruption by working early mornings, evenings, or weekends when needed.

We can usually quote within 24 hours and schedule the job within a week or two depending on weather and the season. Spring and fall book up fastest - call early.

Traffic paint is dry to the touch in 30-60 minutes in good weather and ready for normal traffic in 1-2 hours.

Commercial-grade water-based traffic paint as standard, with chlorinated rubber paint or thermoplastic available for high-traffic or industrial sites. We don't use cheap latex house paint - it won't last.

Striping requires dry pavement and air temps above 50°F. We watch the forecast and reschedule if conditions won't give you a good result. We'd rather come back than do a job that flakes.

Yes - we lay out and paint accessible parking stalls, access aisles, and the international symbol of accessibility per ADA and Connecticut state requirements. Bring us your inspector's notes if you have them.

The 2010 ADA Standards set the count by lot size: 1 space for lots up to 25, 2 for 26 to 50, 3 for 51 to 75, 4 for 76 to 100, 5 for 101 to 150, and so on. One of every six accessible spaces must be van accessible. Connecticut also requires wider spaces than the federal minimum: 15 feet for a car space and 16 feet for a van space, including the cross-hatched aisle.

It depends on the town. The local fire marshal sets the standard, and many Connecticut towns specify yellow curbs and lettering while others use red. If you have a notice from the marshal we match it exactly. If not, we check with the fire marshal's office before we paint.

Most lots benefit from a re-stripe every 1-3 years depending on traffic, weather, and snowplow activity. ADA stalls and fire lanes should be touched up sooner if they fade.

Before. Sealcoating covers the old lines, so striping always comes last. The sealer needs to cure first, usually 24 to 48 hours in warm dry weather and longer when it is cool. Tell us the sealcoating date and we will schedule the striping right behind it.

Yes. We paint the EV charging symbol, any lettering the charger network or the town requires, and a hatched zone around the charger pedestal. Accessible EV spaces are laid out to the wider Connecticut dimensions.
